Welcome to GemPhoenix Škoda. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, dealership services, and any transactions (including sales, service, or test drives) conducted with us, either online or in person. By accessing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Vehicle Information and Pricing

• All vehicle images, specifications, features, and prices displayed on our website or showroom materials are for illustrative purposes only and may vary by model, variant, and availability.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to revisions in taxes, duties, or manufacturer pricing policies.

• Final pricing, including offers, discounts, and on-road costs, will be confirmed at the time of booking.

2. Test Drives

• Test drives are subject to availability and prior appointment.

• A valid driver’s license, identity proof, and compliance with age and eligibility requirements are mandatory.

• GemPhoenix Škoda reserves the right to decline test drive requests based on internal risk or eligibility criteria.

3. Bookings and Cancellations

• A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the minimum booking amount specified by the dealership.

• Booking amounts are non-transferable and may be refundable or partially refundable, based on the cancellation policy agreed at the time of booking.

• Cancellation requests must be made in writing and are subject to applicable deductions and administrative fees.

4. Vehicle Delivery

• Delivery timelines are subject to availability of the chosen model, color, and variant, as well as receipt of full payment and required documents.

• Any delay caused by unforeseen circumstances (logistics, production delay, regulatory approvals) will be communicated promptly.

• Vehicles will be delivered only after full settlement of all dues.

5. Finance and Insurance

• Finance options are available through approved third-party financial institutions. Loan approvals are subject to individual eligibility and discretion of the financing partner.

• Insurance quotes are indicative and subject to underwriting by the insurer. Customers are free to choose any IRDA-approved insurance provider.

• The dealership acts only as a facilitator and is not liable for approval delays or policy disputes.

6. Servicing and Warranty

• All vehicles sold by GemPhoenix Škoda come with a manufacturer-backed warranty as per Škoda Auto India terms.

• Periodic servicing and warranty claims must be carried out at authorized Škoda service centers only.

• Warranty becomes void in cases of unauthorized modifications, improper maintenance, or tampering.

7. Exchange and Buyback Offers

• Vehicle exchange or buyback offers are subject to physical inspection, market valuation, and documentation clearance.

• The final exchange value is at the sole discretion of GemPhoenix Škoda and/or its pre-owned vehicle division.

• RC transfer of exchange vehicles must be completed within the stipulated period to avoid liability.

8. Limitation of Liability

GemPhoenix Škoda shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages from delays, cancellations, or service issues.

• Any loss caused due to incorrect customer-provided documentation or information.

• Changes in government policies, regulations, or force majeure events.

9. Intellectual Property

All content (text, logos, images, designs, and software) on our website and promotional materials are intellectual property of GemPhoenix Škoda or its licensors and may not be used or reproduced without prior written consent.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Insert City, e.g., Thrissur or Kochi], Kerala.
