GEMPHOENIX AUTO PVT LTD is a Joint Venture between GEM and PHOENIX Cars. PHOENIX Cars are the authorized dealer of Volkswagen cars in Thrissur, Palakkad, Malappuram, Calicut, and Kannur.

GEM has established its presence in Kerala through its chain of movie Theatres. GEMPHOENIX AUTO PVT LTD was selected as the Brand Partner of Skoda Auto Volkswagen India from a large pool of Competitors in 2021 and has the HO at Thrissur and 3 ‘S’ facilities at Palakkad and Malappuram.
